ACLU Prisoners' Rights - American Civil Liberties Union Prisoners' Rights website.  Offers informative links on a number of current prisoners' human rights issues.

Prison Links  - Lots of links to different kinds of prison programs; these are not scholarly sources for the most part, but might be helpful when designing a program.
